Trade Terms

F.O.B. Hong Kong&Shenzhen, or EX Work
Minimum Value: USD3000.00

Payment Terms

T/T before delivery
By irrevocable L/C at sight

Lead Time

Lead Time
Roughly 7-10 working dasy after your confirmation of order or L/C validity.

Goods Inspection

Goods shall be ready for inspection 2-3 days prior to delivery or shipment date.
Inspection must be conducted in our China Factory and buyers have to pay their travel costs to China.

Limited Warranty

The return goods must be under 12 months warranty from shipment day.
No battery pack will be accepted with unknown source or invalid serial number.
If defective products less than 1% at one single shipment, we will arrange replacement without return. Otherwise please return to us.
The return goods must be shipped prepaid in quarterly.
Replacement will be shipped together with next coming shipment or according to customers' shipping instruction and the shipping cost outside Hong Kong will be paid by customers.
All returns are for credit of current selling price to customers' account for defectives that cannot be repaired or reconditioned.
